About Reeflex Mind & Motion
Physiotherapy-led support helping older adults stay mobile, safe, and independent, whether at home or in care homes.here

Why Reeflex Was Created
Reeflex Mind & Motion was built from both professional experience and personal understanding.
Watching a close family member live with dementia and gradually lose confidence in movement highlighted how easily physical and cognitive decline can impact independence and quality of life.
It became clear that early, structured support could make a significant difference, not just physically, but emotionally and socially.
That experience shaped the belief that physiotherapy-led input should be a core part of elderly care, not something introduced too late.
A Physiotherapy-Led Approach
Reeflex Mind & Motion is not based on generic activity or exercise sessions.
Every programme is:

Assessment-led

Clinically reasoned

Structured and progressive

Tailored to individual ability and risk
We focus on functional movement, strength, balance, and cognition to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Clinical Background
Reeflex Mind & Motion is led by an HCPC registered physiotherapist with a background in elderly rehabilitation, functional restoration, and falls prevention.

Our Approach

What We Include
We focus on simple, practical movement that translates into daily life.
This includes:
Sit-to-stand strength
Balance and coordination
Walking confidence
Functional mobility
Alongside physical work, we incorporate cognitive engagement to support overall function and reduce risk.

What We Stand For
Maintaining independence for as long as possible
Delivering safe, evidence-based care
Supporting both residents and care teams
Treating every individual with dignity and respect
Preventative physiotherapy should not be reactive.
It should not begin only after a fall.
Reeflex operates on a proactive model, identifying risk early, strengthening functional capacity and maintaining independence wherever possible.

Reef's Message
"The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing residents regain confidence — when someone stands taller, laughs during a session, or simply feels proud of what they've achieved, it reminds me why I started Reeflex."
